Case Study:

Corporate Event in Los Angeles

The Challenge

The client needed professionally edited photos of every speaker delivered throughout the day, despite a packed event schedule and a constant flow of presentations.

The Approach

Before the event, we reviewed the production schedule and identified the key moments together with the event team. Throughout the day, I photographed the event while simultaneously selecting and editing images on-site, ensuring a continuous flow of ready-to-use content.

The Result

Professionally edited images of every speaker were delivered throughout the event, with approximately 200–300 edited photos per day ready for immediate use.

In addition to the photography, I delivered B-roll video footage to complement the fixed camera production. By the end of each day, a significant part of the final image delivery had already been completed, minimizing post-production and enabling the client to start using the content immediately.

Case Study:

Corporate Event on a Private Island

The Challenge:

The client organised a full-day corporate event on a private island outside Stockholm, requiring complete photographic coverage from arrival to departure. The assignment included presentations, team activities, networking, candid moments and a creative group photo featuring all 50 participants.

The Approach

Travelling with the guests by chartered boat, I documented the event from start to finish while remaining unobtrusive throughout the day. Working closely with the organisers, I photographed every stage of the programme and coordinated a large group photo from an elevated position, capturing all participants as they threw the company's branded balls into the air.

The Result

The client received a complete visual story of the event, from the journey to the island through to the evening departure. The image library included authentic moments, keynote sessions, team-building activities and a distinctive group photo that became one of the highlights of the event.

How I Work as an Event Photographer

As an event photographer, my job is to be in the right place at the right time — and to know which moments matter most.

I work discreetly, moving naturally throughout the event to document not only what happens on stage, but also the interactions, reactions and details that together tell the complete story of your event.

Before the Event

Before every assignment, I take the time to understand the event, its objectives and the client's priorities. This allows me to identify the key people, moments and situations that matter most, ensuring focused and effective coverage throughout the event.

During the Event

During the event, I work discreetly and unobtrusively, capturing authentic moments as they unfold. I adapt to the venue, lighting and pace of the event—whether it's a conference, networking reception or large-scale corporate event.

After the Event

After the event, I carefully select and professionally edit the images to ensure a consistent, high-quality result.

The final images are delivered promptly in formats ready for marketing, PR, media relations and internal communications.

My Event Photography Workflow

01.

Planning

Get in touch by phone or email and we'll discuss your event, schedule and the moments that matter most.

If you have a running order or shot list, feel free to share it in advance. It helps me prepare thoroughly and ensures that every important moment is captured.

02.

event coverage

I always arrive well before the event begins and adapt my approach to the occasion. Most of the time I work discreetly, capturing authentic moments as they unfold. When needed—such as for group photos or more structured situations—I take the lead to ensure the best possible result. My focus is on documenting both what happens on stage and the interactions that take place behind the scenes.

03.

image selection & editing

After the event, I carefully select and professionally edit the strongest images to create a consistent, high-quality gallery.

The focus is not only on beautiful photographs, but on images that work effectively for marketing, PR, media relations and internal communications.

04.

delivery

Images are typically delivered within 72 hours through a professional online gallery that is easy to access, share and download. If required, I can also provide a selection of edited highlight images on the same day, ready for immediate use on social media, in the press or for internal communications.
